I came across an article about two tornadoes hitting Arkansas and causing “significant” damage according to the governor. It’s crazy how intense these storms can be! In short, apparently there were two separate tornados that touched down in eastern Arkansas, but thankfully there were no reported fatalities. The town of Jonesboro seems to have been the most heavily affected, with almost 20 people hospitalized and several buildings damaged or destroyed. As someone who grew up in a tornado-prone area, this news hits close to home for me. I remember being on high alert during storm season and always keeping an eye on the weather. It’s a reminder of how powerful and unpredictable nature can be, and why it’s important to have emergency plans in place. Anyone else have experience dealing with severe weather? Stay safe out there folks!
