New Hampshire haze in skies caused by Canada wildfires

So I was browsing the news this morning and came across an article about some hazy skies in New Hampshire. Turns out, it’s due to wildfires in Canada! Crazy, right? Apparently, the smoke from the fires is traveling south and settling in our neck of the woods.

Basically, there are a few different wildfires burning in Canada right now, and the wind is carrying all the smoke down to New Hampshire. It’s causing some hazy skies and a bit of a smoky smell in the air. Thankfully, they say it’s not really affecting our air quality too much, but it’s still kind of wild to think that something happening so far away can impact us like this.

I actually remember when there were wildfires in California a couple of years ago, and we had some hazy days here on the East Coast too. It’s kind of scary when you think about how interconnected everything is. Like, one little thing can cause a chain reaction that affects people all over the place.

Anyway, I thought this was a pretty interesting article because it’s a reminder that we’re all in this together, you know? Even if something is happening thousands of miles away, it can still have an impact on us. Plus, it’s always cool to learn about how the environment works and how everything is connected.
