'Ordinary angels' | New movie showcases story of 3-year-old in need of transplant during 1994 Louisville snow storm

I came across this super interesting article called ‘Ordinary Angels’ about a new movie that features the true story of a 3-year-old kid who needed a transplant during a massive snowstorm that hit Louisville back in 1994. Crazy, right?

Basically, the story follows the kid’s journey to find a donor during a time when the city was paralyzed by the snowstorm. And even though the situation was dire and the odds were against him, his family and the community came together to try and save him.

From what I gathered, the movie not only highlights the heroism of individuals who stepped up to help a stranger in need but also showcases the importance of organ donations. I mean, I know it’s not something people talk about a lot, but it’s essential. And this movie is just a reminder of that.

It’s funny how sometimes we take things for granted, right? We live our lives thinking we’re invincible and that we’ll be okay no matter what. But truth is, life can hit us like a truck at any given moment. So, I think it’s essential to appreciate the time we have and do our part in helping others who might need it.

All in all, I think this movie is a must-watch. It not only tells a compelling story but also draws attention to a crucial issue. So, if you’re looking for something heartwarming and thought-provoking, you should definitely check it out.
